Real Estate Attorney & Manager
With over 20 years of experience as an Attorney practicing Real Estate Law, Alan has been involved in all aspects of the real estate closing process, closing both residential and commercial loans, as well as the litigation of real estate matters. Alan graduated cum laude from Creighton University School of Law in 1992. Alan has been married to his amazing wife, Dana, since 1986. They have 4 incredible children they're very proud of. When Alan is not working hard growing his business and consistently improving the customer experience, he enjoys snow skiing & hunting. Alan is an advocate of continuous learning and enjoys teaching Real Estate Classes and Sunday School.

Thomas Bailey
Staff Attorney
Thomas was born in Mountain Brook, Alabama and raised in Huntsville, Alabama. He received a B.S. from The University of Alabama Huntsville in 2015, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Thomas went on to receive his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he graduated Cum Laude. While obtaining his Juris Doctorate, he was a member of The Cumberland Law Review from 2016 2018 and was published in The Cumberland Law Review. Thomas was admitted to practice law in the state of Alabama in 2018. Thomas' focus is on Real Estate, Estate and Probate work and Small Business Planning. His areas of focus in Real Estate include Residential Real Estate closings, representing builders and Investors in commercial work, along with handling landlord tenant disputes. Thomas is also a Title Agent for Fidelity National Title Insurance and Westcor Land and Title Company.

Cathy Myrick
Client Relations & Marketing
Cathy graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University with a bachelors degree in Public Relations/Journalism and moved to Huntsville in 1987. While employed at Durham Advertising, she gained more skills in writing/sales/communication, working as a writer, media buyer, and account executive. In 2006, Cathy joined the ADM team in marketing in an effort to assist in growing the business. She began building relationships with realtors, lenders, and buyer/sellers to assist them with estimating closing costs, answering questions regarding the closing process, and serving as a liaison to the attorney on legal matters. With a hardworking staff, personable, expert attorneys and 24/7 access to personal assistance, ADM Title stands as one of the most reputable closing companies in Huntsville. Cathy has been married to her husband David for 33 years and they have two grown children.

Ashleigh Hyatt
Client Relations & Marketing
Ashleigh was born and raised in North Alabama. While in college, Ashleigh worked at a corporate law office as a legal assistant/paralegal. After graduating, she continued work in the legal field, gaining communication and organizational skills that serve her clients well today. Ashleigh took a temporary leave from work to raise her sons. Ashleigh then decided to re-enter the workforce and make a career change, obtaining her real estate license and working as a full time Realtor. Her local knowledge coupled with the skills gained in the legal field, she was able to provide exceptional real estate services to her clients. Ashleighs extensive background in the legal and real estate fields allows her to provide outstanding service to ADM Titles clients. Due to her experience working on all sides of a real estate transaction, Ashleigh can relate well with realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers, in a unique way.

Tiffany Sinclair

Tiffany Sinclair is a native to North Alabama. She has been in the Customer Service field for over 15 years. After working in banking and graduating with her bachelor's in business from Athens State University, it was time for a career change, and she took her first job in a law office as a Real Estate Closer. Tiffany quickly realized the need and her passion she had for helping agents. She transitioned into an agent relationship role to help retain and grow agent connections. Tiffany has extensive knowledge in title issues, contracts, and the closing process. ADM Title stands as one of the most reputable closing companies in Huntsville which makes Tiffany a great fit and excited to be on board. Tiffany has been married to her husband Jeff for 10 years. They have a beautiful daughter, and another baby on the way due November 2023.
